TOPIC: [SSRP] Demote Request KapiJam

Evidence:

a few additional notes here: Before i started recording i went up to Kapi and told him ''Hey the server is going to shit'', to which he replied with ''yeah i dont care man'', before i started recording absolutely everyone was RDMing, RDAing, and breaking every rule they possibly could, Kapi probably had a shit ton of F1's and people we're complaining in chat about constantly being rdm'd, rda'd etc, but what does kapi do? spend the entire time watching a fucking 1v1, completely ignoring his duties as a staff member. He does not deserve to be a staff member. In the video you can see the chat in the beginning, after that you can see proof that it is indeed him (SteamID & URL via Tab), and in the end you can see a bit of the rule breaking, cops RDAing, people RDMing eachother etc.

Kapi's a good person

To start off, you called him a useless fuck which is completely unacceptable. Treat others how you want to be treated, you disrespecting doesn't make a good case for you or your report. There's no proof that Kapi wasn't doing F1's during this time as well but it looks like he may have been taking a break.

You know what really motivates me to help people? 5 people screaming in OOC disrespecting me saying I'm useless when I've been at zarp on and off since 2014 and been doing nothing but helping

Today I stopped a kid from crying, despite all the screaming I managed to calm him down and explain to him that we are here to help and not harm him, you know I volunteered to do this right? I'm not a machine, the only thing I get from this is the satisfaction of helping others . I would like a break too and perhaps instead of insulting and misquoting me you would actually contribute to the server by making a report on the forums on the people who were rulebreaking at the time, instead of firing blanks at someone who is trying to help.

The point is, you did absolutely fuck all while the server was in complete chaos, people who werent breaking rules had 0 chance of roleplaying and even getting out of spawn was a challenge,and you just sat there watching a 1v1, even thought people were at first kindly asking you to deal with the rulebreakers. What do you expect? You ignore all your duties and everyone loves you? Thats not how it goes. You signed up for a job that you cant even fucking do

No support from me, staff members are allowed to take a break, even though the situation might have required him to help out, but that is still his decision.

Ok, if you think you are so great, apply for admin or mod. You do nothing but complain, you realise he can just resign at any time or take a break. KapiJam is motivated and has WAYYYYYY More F1s then me. You can clearly see him RPing yet you still continue to ask him to "do something" and called him a useless fuck. If he's a useless fuck. Usually there are at least 60+ players online.
1 admin, 60+ players.
If we want to sort out everything, by the time we have managed to get to the bottom of the list, it could be up to an hour from when we began, and trying to sort everything is incredibly difficult.

Kapi does a good job, he is allowed to take a little break from staffing, so long as he is doing his fair share of the work on the server at other times, and your disgusting attitude towards him was completely unnecessary.

(Also, that is Server 1, not Server 2)

In honesty, you may as well make a demote request on the staff members that were also afk.
