What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
Paste a dupe down while in an active vault raid and lie about it.

You can see in the video that he didnt paste the dupe as soon as he started the raid.

Hello R-Flex! After looking into your report and heard the story of the staff member i decided to accept your report! He indeed was too late with pasting his dupe down and so he broke the rule that you cannot rebuild during a ACTIVE raid. I made sure that this won't happen again in the future! Thanks for the report!
