Still, you handled the situation kinda poorly, you just let him off without giving him any warning or waiting for the video proof. In my opinion you should've atleast waited for the video proof and explained to him on how this might have been a bug

I agree Mix3rz could have handled that situation a bit better, but sometimes the border between 1 district and the other can be a bit messed up. Sometimes the border shows one thing for one person, but for a different person, says it is in the other district. No offence but that doesn't sound possible. When someone dies the server does the district calculation once and then sends that district to the clients that need to know (staff and that player). All done in one net message, so without seeing it happen myself I would have a really hard time seeing how he could get different data then you. I'll be taking a look into the server logs to see if I can find the specific kill and see what district the server logged him in.
