Still, you handled the situation kinda poorly, you just let him off without giving him any warning or waiting for the video proof. In my opinion you should've atleast waited for the video proof and explained to him on how this might have been a bug

The sisuation was handled fine the user was to our screen breaking Nlr as I have said there for the user needed to stop the actions but then repeats the actions. after that I ask him on a roof to stop and then he brings up that hes not so I let him be... simple.

So basically a guy could possibly be lying and you let him pass? Not so simple.
