It's not RDM. It could of been his friend. He can kill you if you try arrest/kill his friend.

You sure? Cuz "his" friend broke nlr multiple times and also attempted to rdm

Hello Micheal,
After looking over your report on Train I have decided to deny it. From getting trains side of the story he says that he was only helping out a fellow criminal in which is allowed, this is in no way RDM and Train will not be punished in anyway. Thanks for reporting!
