I think I saw this guy hank hill on zombie RP, but I may be mistaken. He was doing something similar. However I agree with you he should be banned, it was good that you came here and told the story before him. I have no important say in this but he should be banned.

It's pretty obvious that hes not using hes props to build. But there is no telling for sure that its you base, however he did propblock/propabuse so he will be banned for 3 days.
