What did the Staff Member(s) do?:Also He didn't care about the RP House sign when the guy is making drugs ( Forgot to mention him that because I got into explaining too much sry)

Additional info: He used "They don't have to ask why people are wanted." as an excuse but 1. It is clearly shown he is making alcohol 2. The rules said they can roleplay without getting arrested (For the police: you don't need to ask why they are wanted but you cant arrest him.)
