Both RDM and lying in an admin sit
Story - (What happened?)
I was walking by the bank, and for no reason, WANt shoots me in the head. I reported this to the admin on duty and during the sit, WANt claimed I was trying to complete a hit on someone and it was not RDM. After being asked to upload the proof, WANt logged off the server.

Mr Squid notified me that he just got off a ban for mass rule breaking and that is why I am requesting a ban rather then a warn since this person is a repeat offender and obviously did not learn his lesson.
