i was just upset and all of it was processing, i didnt really know what to do so i handed it over and morgan and tyler told me i should make a report abuse

There are a few issues with your story...
The blue part, It seems like a clear lie, you rolled the dice. It clearly signals someone that you are agreeing to it, otherwise, you would've said no or something. Something like that is easy to mistake and it's not his fault for doing so.

Purple part, once again stating the thing I wrote above, you rolled the dice. Meaning you clearly either agreed or got hit by a severe cause of being generally stupid. Why would you even roll the dice at that moment?

For the Orange part, He's allowed to do it.

It appears to me that you're just kinda mad/sad about losing your jugg. I can't and I'm sure more people can't blame kalll for thinking that you agreed because you rolled. It clearly seemed like you agreed to the deal so it seems justified in my eyes.
And the quote

"I'm gonna get the jugg"

Certainly doesn't help either. I've known kalll long enough that he won't break rules, and by looking at your "evidence" I can see more things pointing towards you trying to get out of a lost bet than him trying to scam you.

Note: That I've not known the story and just simply by looking at the evidence and from past experience have made this reply.

This is such a self-destroying argument I shouldn't even get bored with it, but lets do this:
1. How am I power hungry if I got mod so long ago and I could've already applied for admin and I've never felt the need to? I mean... You know that if I keep my F1s up and be a good Mod, I could apply to admin, which I haven't, you realize that, right?
2. I'm pretty sure you supporting me or not would mean squat. To be honest, given your rep, I'd rather not having a plussup from you.
3. Glad you're trying to come out of your ban with the same attitude that got you banned in the first place.
4. Did you even read the comment you quoted? I told him to not be afraid to get banned if he had reason on his side, how is that "you want everyone banned"?

Your fault that you rolled. Scamming is the act of stealing money, items or ZARP VIP/Booster Packs from another player through deception or trickery.
