What did the Staff Member(s) do?: We were doing big coinflips for about an hour, and I lost my jugg to him 2 times or so then I got it back, he then said, jugg vs jugg, I never said yes or agreed in any way. I rolled, being curious what the next number was. we gambled for about an hour and I made a lot of losses, I had not intent on scamming but this one I refused to give him jugg because I never agreed. he threatened to perm ban me if I didn't hand over the jugg so I did so. I would just like my jugg back. I also had coloredit and rusty on my side, telling kalll he was in the wrong
There are a few issues with your story...
The blue part, It seems like a clear lie, you rolled the dice. It clearly signals someone that you are agreeing to it, otherwise, you would've said no or something. Something like that is easy to mistake and it's not his fault for doing so.
Purple part, once again stating the thing I wrote above, you rolled the dice. Meaning you clearly either agreed or got hit by a severe cause of being generally stupid. Why would you even roll the dice at that moment?
For the Orange part, He's allowed to do it.

How to handle punishments for scammers
In the event of a scam taking place (refer to the SSRP Rules Section 10.0) a staff member should first approach the user and investigate the situation. If they are unable to clearly prove that a scam has taken place they should refer the situation to a Lead Team member to further investigate.
Once they are certain a scam has taken place they should tell the user to immediately give back any scammed money/items. If they refuse to do so they should be warned that they will be permanently banned if they don't comply. After a warning; if they still refuse to hand back the money/items the user should be permanently banned with a reason making it clear that they will be unbanned if they agree to hand back the money/items in question.
If the user then appeals or simply asks the banning admin that they will now hand back the money/items then they should be unbanned from the server.
In the end
It appears to me that you're just kinda mad/sad about losing your jugg. I can't and I'm sure more people can't blame kalll for thinking that you agreed because you rolled. It clearly seemed like you agreed to the deal so it seems justified in my eyes.
And the quote "I'm gonna get the jugg"
Certainly doesn't help either. I've known kalll long enough that he won't break rules, and by looking at your "evidence" I can see more things pointing towards you trying to get out of a lost bet than him trying to scam you.
Note: That I've not known the story and just simply by looking at the evidence and from past experience have made this reply.
