Other comments - I made this request on a fucking iPhone, took me at least an hour hoping to get the outcome I'm looking for, lol...

Reason - Being distruptive (Creating a thread where he creates and posts 'ear rape' on multiple occasions)

Story - Pika decided he'd wake up one morning and learn how to make peoples ears bleed, he was successful and decided to take it to the ZARP Gaming Forums where he made a thread taking requests which he would turn into audible autismo, whilst in the process potentially damaging ears / cheap Walmart headphones.

Users such as myself have been banned for this in the past, why has he received no punishments?

Hello Gamersfunhouse The user ain't quite doing anything wrong here. People are asking for it and they know exactly what they are doing. Like Archick & Studio have said there's clearly states what the topic is, and people decide to go on there by themselves. He's not disrupting anything as he is more or less trying to have fun.
