I do confese to have used a RPG to clear out the spawn block so other Players who didnt posses explosive measures weren't blocked in spawn, I sincerly apologize for that, but I believe that it was necessary in this Situation due to not active staff being online.
Reason - (What rules did the person break?)
RDM(No Proof), Heavy Prop Abus(Prop Surf,Prop Climb,Prop Push,Putting other People in props, blocking off spawn.)
I would call this griefing.
Story - (What happened?)
Well when I came on the Server, I was blocked in spawn, I shot myself out of spawn with a RPG and I was attacked by Tiger123 who made me be stuck in props. I then tried to clear out spawn with my RPG as soon as they placed props again.
