Reason - Random kicking, random demoting, and random warning.

Story - I tried to steal one of this guys printers as a gangster, so he kicked me for it. Later that day I saw him building on the street as a thief and he began random shooting me as I drove past. I then demoted him for these reasons. He then demoted me with the reason 'random demote' and gave me a warning for it as well. I have also heard many other players complain about this guy mod abusing.

Proof - I have a screenshot of him giving me a warning and demote with the reason 'random demote'. Also I had a mod witness this. (Gummybear)

He is on his last warning, and to be fair the screenshots do show that he asks you why he can't demote you for being demoted.

He should know better as a mod. It's a small mistake, but his history is too great. I doubt he'll ever learn.

How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
Well, Personally due to many of my ranks across this community I'm already highly trained as well as experienced to handle many stuff to the best of my abilities. As I've been admin for a short while I do think that I can help out Deathrun as much as I help out on SSRP, Weather it be dealing with player to player reports all the way up to staff abuse/disagreements, I believe that as I've got a fresh mindset as well as my training from SSRP I could help out here. Currently being a Admin is fun as it as I get to speak to everyone a lot of the time, Meaning I've already built up a reputation that other staff as well as players know that I'm a highly influenced member and I believe I have what it could take to make Deathrun a lot better!

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): I've got many reasons if not thousands of reasons on what I am the best candidate and I'll explain more down below!

Dedication:
As you can see from all of my ranks across this whole community, When I put my mind on something I will promise that 100% of my brain and everything else will be solo on that task to make sure that not only is it for the best way to make sure everything is resolved as best as I could do, But it's also a good plan when you're dealing with many situations such as staff issues over to player issues, As at the end of the day we're also still a team at the end witch I think is very important to make sure that Deathrun stays the top server of it's own category. Due to my rank on SSRP, I've got very good knowledge of what situations I could come across as a Super Admin and do you know what I say to them?, Bring it on! I believe that I'm ready to handle every situation that will come my way to not only the best I could do it but the best for the Deathrun Server as a whole.

Experince:
As I can remember alot of situations that I've encountered on SSRP, I could also use my experience on here too, Weather it be dealing with staff situations like I've already done previously for Deathrun and I believe that I handled that to the best I could possibly do it. I also like to be hands on weather it be constantly helping out players with any problems they may have over to dealing with staff to not only make sure our staff is the best as it could be, But it's also there to make sure that Staff know from right and wrong and to make sure that all staff have fun and will keep on doing there role as best as they can do it too!, As I've relized so far, Some situations that may come my way I'll be ready to handle it due to already expercinging it on SSRP, So hopefully that's one less thing to worry about!

Activity:
As you are aware of by now, I hold many staff ranks over this community so I need to have good activity to make sure that everything is still running as smoothly as possible, Right now I can bring many hours on Deathrun as well as on SSRP as I've made a brand new schedule that hopefully will still work as good as it does already!, I believe that I'm really active on Deathrun to make sure that situations may occur and anytime however if I'm online with good activity.

Leadership:
As of right now, I like to think that I could lead an amazing staff team as I've got very good experince on doing so and to make sure that if anyone has any problems that they get resolved as best as we possibly could, Not only could it be reports on the forums about players breaking rules but it could go all the way ingame to make sure that staff know that if they have any problems that they could come to me and I could sort it out for them if I know how as well as best as I could!


Communication:
Right now, I'd say that I try my best to communicate with all kinds of people and staff, Some hard to crack and some really fun people to speak to and deal with, Hopefully as you can see with my skill I can contact and deal with many situations due to my experience on SSRP I could handle Deathrun problems a lot better than I can do right now as I'm a bit limited on what I'm trying to do.




Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:

I've encountered quite a few times where I was able to work around however I'd be better at it if I was actually Lead Team Myself, So Two staff members were having a disagreement as it was getting a bit hectic on the game and may cause players to feel disrespected or there Deathrun experience ruined, So I decided that as I've got very good experience on SSRP, I could handle this situation as I've encountered it before. So I spoke in Admin chat asking the people to calm down and to remember that we are a team and we're there to help players as well as each other and not fighting, So I asked them both to come on Teamspeak and I spoke with them separately to get a good idea of what problem started this whole thing and then I spoke to them both to get my point across and I made them both understand that we're a team. After I was finished dealing with them, I got them both back on the same page and no other situation has occurred again!, However as I was only a Admin some people might not agree with me as they were both on my same rank, However I do believe that I sorted this situation out to the best of my abilities.

Secondly, I seen a Deathrun Moderator not doing his job correctly/to the best we'd like them to do, So I said can you come on Teamspeak and he came on, I then was in a channel with Annie as I needed a Lead Team member there just in case like as a witness or some sort, So I spoke with the Moderator and explained a few rules/problems to him so he could understand what to do and when to do it as well as to improve the experience of players as well as staff on the Deathrun server!, I believe if I was a Super Admin I could handle this situation alone instead of relying on someone else coming to help however, Help is always appreciated!


Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:

Now depending on what happened/scenario however this is how I would handle it:

Staff Member X false warned player Y
First of all, I'd reply to the topic saying I'm handling this. Then after I've wrote that post I'd see if I could speak to the staff member, So I'd ask the staff member to come on to Teamspeak and then move him in to a spacer to speak privately. So then I'd ask what happened and get the staff member to explain his side of the story, So after I got the side from the staff member then I'd move the player in to a spacer and get his side. If I believe that the staff member did false warn someone, I'd then move the staff member in to the Teamspeak again and say to them that I believe the warning was false & Un-needed, I'd then ask the staff member to unwarn the player and then apologies, Then I'd go back on to the report abuse and post Accepted on it.

Player Y reported Staff Member X without proof
So I'd reply to the topic saying I'm handling this and then also reply that he needs to edit the thread by pressing the EDIT button and explain he needs proof unless I need to take the staff members side. So then I'd ask the staff member to come on teamspeak and explain what happened, Then after I got the idea of the staff members point of view I'd ask the player to come on to Teamspeak and get his side. If the player had no proof/evidence of what happened I'd explain that I need to take the staff members POV as they're no proof, I then would reply to the thread saying DENIED No evidence.


Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?

Alright as I'm a Head Admin I experience this sort of problems day in and day out, I'd handle it the same way I'd handle it on SSRP, So this is how I'd do it.

I'd ask the banning admin to come on to teamspeak and then speak to him and let him explain why the player got banned, After the admin has spoken and explained why he got banned for such a long amount of time, I then would explain that the player has not broken that much rules for a ban for such a long time. I then would explain to the player to check f6 menu's before the player gets banned, After I spoke with the Admin I would then poke/speak to a Head Admin and ask for them to remove the ban as I don't feel like the ban was justified. I then would add the banned player on Steam/any social network and then explain to him that we apologies sincerely and he's now unbanned so he can join the server again!, After the player knows he's unbanned I then would note down the Admin who banned someone for a long time so for future reference that I know he's done it before so it doesn't happen again!

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?

I've experienced these sort of problems also, This is how I'd handle it!:

Deathrun
If I saw the staff member not being professional in Deathrun, I would ask in Admin chat what seems to be the problem and then I'd try to make him calm down and realize that it's a game and he needs to be calm in all situations for the best result. If the staff member can't calm down, I then would ask him to leave to calm down and take a breather and then I'd handle the situation what the staff member was suppose to handle, Then I would notify other Lead Team members on what occurred incase it happens again. If the staff member doesn't calm down and purposely breaks the Disrespect rule and doesn't want to calm down, I then would take it up to the next level, I then would get proof and then ask one last time for the staff member to calm down as he's going to ruin our reputation, If the staff member doesn't calm down I then would get a Head Admin online just in case we may need to emergency demote the player as he'll ruin our reputation.



Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?

First of all, I'd come online to see if it's still occurring, If it's all quiet as sometime staff will stop as they see the Super Admin TAG, If the staff member has stopped I then would ask the reported staff member to come on Teamspeak and to explain what happened and then ask if he has any proof, If the staff member doesn't have proof I then would still handle it to the best of my ability. I then would ask the reported staff member to come on Teamspeak to explain what happened and get his side of the story, If the staff member explains he was in the wrong I'd say don't do it again and make sure it doesn't happen again for the best result of all players as well as staff. If the staff member who reported the staff member has proof, I then would handle it and I'd speak to the staff member who got reported and then show him the evidence and get his side of what happened, If I believe it was serious and could ruin our reputation I then would bring the player up in the Lead Team member for a official warning as his actions are totally unacceptable and can't happen again.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?

I've already handled this on Deathrun believe it or not, First of all I'd ask one staff member to come on Teamspeak and speak to me each, I then would speak to the first person then move them out and speak to the other person and get there side of the story, I then would explain to both admin’s that this sort of stuff is not accepted and that we're a team there to help players as well as each other and we need to be there for each other as they’re no I in Team, So I'd move them both back in to the spacer with myself and then I'd explain both to them to calm down and then once they both realized that what they were having is not acceptable, I then would resolve the situation and ask them both to say sorry to each other and to make sure it doesn't happen again. If it's resolved then it'll be nothing more of it however I'd still write down just in case it happens again.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?

First of all, I'd ask in Admin chat saying what’s going on and ask the staff member to explain his side, If the abuse is still continuing such as warning players falsely/banning players for no reason, I then would get proof of the whole situation and then explain to a Head Admin that we need there assistance as this staff member needs an emergency demotion. If no Head Admin is available/free to come online I then would message a Head Admin & Above to give me permission to emergency demote the staff member after I've supplied the proof and then bring them up in the meeting. If it's just a minor thing, I would explain in Admin chat that it's not allowed and the staff member needs to stop doing it as it'll affect our reputation, I then would tell him off and then if it continues I'd explain that he may be brought up in the meeting.


My Plans for Deathrun
Alright so as you can see from above, I do like to think that as I've got really good experience as well as a brand new fresh mindset, I could bring to the Lead Team as well as on the staff team, Currently I've already note down a few tiny ideas that I'd like to improve for the Deathrun Server to make it the best server it could be!


Maps
As of right now, Now we're starting to suggest/look at maps that will be added/looked in to being added to the Deathrun server, Hopefully with me on the team not only can players trust me that I will suggest/bring up any suggestions that they may feel like it'll benefit the server. Right now, I'd like to see the Deathrun Server having a complete revamp of the Maps so like the Lead Team could look at any maps that may be great to add as well as to look at the few buggy maps that need to be removed as sometimes, It stops players from joining due to the lag/missing Textures or just a genuine map error that people have forgotten about. If I got granted with this rank I could make sure to check every single map on my free time and suggest some to the full meeting to see and to involve their ideas as well as report back to the staff team a few errors that I've previously found in the maps. Now don't get me wrong, I could do all of this as an Admin however sometimes people won't like to be evolved in stuff.


Involve the Staff Team
Now, I am not saying that the Staff Team on Deathrun isn't a team player which is false as everyone on that full entire team is amazing and they all do their job correctly, However I've noticed a few times in game/forums that sometimes the staff doesn't feel like their opinion is being heard or listened to, Even though I try my best to ensure them that every single one of us has a voice that is being heard miles away to help out and give their own ideas/points across on suggestions or if anything else needs improved on, As I don't want the Staff Team being bored/sad due to their opinion not being held when I ensure them it is!, So if I got this opportunity I could help them out whether it be I bring up there suggestion in case there nervous incase stuff goes wrong or I make sure that they've always got a friend as well as an excellent Leader behind them!

Leadership
Now, I've noticed a few times that Staff just think that they come online and miss out all of their problems and try to lead themselves online, Now I'm not saying that that is false nor am I saying it's a bad thing, Hopefully if I got this opportunity I could be a excellent role model to the staff team as well as users, To ensure them that if they have any problems/questions I will be there to give them my honest non-judgment opinion to make sure that at the end of the day, everyone is happy/working as a Team and they are no lone rangers!


Involve the Community
Currently, I think nobody from the Users side of the Zarp knows that we actually look and listen to ideas, On the 05/05/2017,
I spoke to a user who didn't believe that we actually looked at suggestions as I think he was shy incase people didn't like their ideas, However I ensured him that all ideas are looked at and that his idea may be the factor that we're the only Unique server that there is as not only are we there for each other however Users has built us up to where we are so we need to make sure that everyone knows if they have any ideas whether it be small/massive to hit us up with a thread or even tell someone and then we'll make a thread for you in case you're too shy to make it your own!
