Other comments - I get he spent $800 on the server, but jesus... how long will this guy keep breaking all the rules and bragging ( http://imgur.com/a/KFGGZ ) about it? Why do some players get banned for 3-4 warnings and there's players racking up 20-30 warnings and all reports on him end in "he will be talked to"?
Reason - Prop push / RDM
Story - I get Prop pushed/RDMd in spawn, so I tab out, get Fraps up and running and go after the guy who pushed me to confront him, didn't even know it was Gamersfunhouse under a different name, as soon as I get close enough to see a name, he prop pushes a Hummer and I get killed by it.

Yes, the thing is you break the rules every single day when you think no one is watching and then you act "I did the crime, I'll do the time" to show you've learned something and you just break another rule. And another. And another.
