Prop pushing & CDM

Story - What happened?
So he pushes his car to the fuel station, because nobody has ever heard of this new invention called 'emergency fuel' - when he gets there, oh look! It's too far from the fuel pump. Even more chance for him to get screenshotted in front of a mod.

The CDM - he just drove off after killing two people.

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened.

The CDM is not CDM. He could have dodged him but he doesn't have to.

The reason there are no sidewalks there is because it's dark and dangerous if it had sidewalks.

It's not CDM, but I agree on the Prop Push tho.

The cars are quite derpy, and hard to control so if you see a car coming towards you should move.

And the prop push on the car in real life you would push it next to petrol station when your about 10 meters away, so in terms it is not prop push but common sense.

If he pushed from the other side of town it would be prop push but if hes right next to it you use your common sense and push it.

Also that is not cmd and not enough proof is included. And seeing you just got banned yourself.....

The cdm is fine in the rules but the proppush i will ban for i no this may seem bit much but a day seems fine just a day to think of what he has done.
