Reason - Getting impossible World records on surf maps

Story - Basicly this guy is getting World records that are even better then KSFrecords (Best Wr's in the world)
He got:
-37s on surf_mesa_tf2 (50s is KSFrecord)
-51s on surf_classics2 (around 4min is KSFrecord)
-56s on surf_kitsune (57s is KSFrecord)
-1m19s on surf_orthodox (could not find any but previous record was 3min 10s)

After asking him how he got these wr's he responded with "I play map lots of times" or "I forgot".
After that I decided to spectate him on the surf map: surf_mesa_mine. He was not even able to finish this map for the reason that he was too bad to actually get halfway trough the map.

Proof - Well isn't getting impossible records not enough to tell.

The probability of him trying to hide something is really high as he claims he plays the maps a lot or he forgets. Forgetting is often a really used reason to "hide" something. Evidently, he was trying to be bad to hide hacks or maybe scripts. If so, it is clear he would do it without a staff watching but if one is watching then he will act bad to cover it up.
