Didn't get this at the time. He's a mod though.

Reason - What rules did the person break?
Raided as hobo.

Story - What happened?
Whilst helping someone with an F1 request, I witnessed H4nk raiding as a hobo. I told him he can't, but he continued and ran with the loot.

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened.

He ignored my advice.

H4nk has a track record of abuse. He has been demoted under my command as he is a big scale rulebreaker. I believe the owners allowed him to buy mod a secobd time.

Will hive hank his first and final warning. Next time he gets caught breaking rules he will get demoted.
