I understand you being annoyed with the guy RDMing you, but as you can see in the PD Fred is speaking to the guy whilst he's frozen. He wouldn't get a ban for RDMing just in that instance. He'd need a good amount of recent punishments, or if he continued, more than likely would receive a ban.

It looks like an issue with the freeze command that made this player god-moded. Fred didn't directly god him, it's more of an issue with the FAdmin system. He's frozen still but can move, as you can see by him not having a physgun when he's holding one out.

Fred didn't abuse here.

Hey Jimmy,

From watching the video this was merely just a misunderstanding. Fred never god moded the player. He froze him with either the tab menu or with his physgun, and sometimes FAdmin will bug and the player can still move while frozen, where they can't take damage in this status. About the player mass RDMing, he warned him for this from what I can tell. He couldn't upfront ban the player as that would be breaking staff policy.

So you're telling me he was able to RDM for 2 hours and Fred was 'Too busy with other sits' He took that guy into so many sits and was too scared to ban him. He mass RDMed, RDAed and more and he was able to get away with it, if not banning or kicking him is against staff policy then the staff policy should be rewritten. I have spoken to Fred about the situation and I have been told that the user breaking rules did get punished by Fred and that was only whenever he saw it happen, as he also did spectate him too. You can make reports in-game by pressing F1 if someone is breaking a rule also if you did not notice. The reason why the user was not banned is because he was complying to the Staff Ethos and his recent punishments were not enough to warrant a ban, which is why as a user, we need you guys to help us out catching these mass rulebreakers by recording them on video, and reporting them on the forums, this will help us a lot catch rulebreakers out if no staff member online and saw it themselves.

Secondly, about the god mode situation, that was a complete mistake on Fred's end and he apologizes for it. This is due to a bug with the physgun that occurs sometimes when freezing people and unfreezing them, sometimes the freeze will god them and make them unarrestable, but allow them to move around as I can see in the video. Fred did not know about this freeze bug and I've informed him that he should be more careful when unfreezing people in case this happens again.
