Other comments - He deserves to get banned immediately, he was given his chances. Ruining everyone's surfing experience.

Reason - Micspam, Racism, threatening to ban evade if he were to be banned.

Story - He started playing songs, some of which are racist or contain racist words. As soon as a Sally came on as I asked her to he stopped. She logged off so he resumed, she logged on again and he got punished. Once she left he started again. I told him I was going to report him and his response can be seen in the video: "Don't worry; I got 20 alts; and I'm on a VPN".

Simple solution, keep banning him eventually he will run out!

Anyways due to my broken audio I was unable to hear it, but it seems pretty compelling evidence for a ban just for his smugness alone.
