Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Job Abuse & Raiding a building base

Story - (What happened?) I had a building sign up and was building a base on the top floor of the nexus when hiko came up as a drug dealer, killed me then switched to gangster and destroyed the whole base and left

And what do the screenshots prove? Because the only thing i can see is hiko and then a destroyed base. Not even proof of him using a single special wep.
