Story
Was walking from the mines as I encountered Hiko, unprovoked he shot at me (somehow not killing me) and I killed him in self-defence. A minute or so later I was walking towards spawn when he again shot at me unprovoked, this time killing me.
He broke NLR in the process.

After looking over the evidence, there's no way to see that this is Hiko.

I'll be denything this for now, feel free to remake another one with evidence supporting this was Hiko.
