Other comments - (Anything else you want to add?) Ocean's role in this doesn't go far; all he did was straight up run away when I tried to report his friend, and showing a lack of knowledge of the rules. Speaking to him about this should suffice.
Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Mass RDM
Story - (What happened?) PenE killed about 7 players, upon entering the elevator in the nexus building. We were on the lowest floor, and as soon as I pressed the button to go to another floor, everyone got sprayed down by PenE. He then said it was perfectly fine to do this and that it was allowed. He was just very upset that he couldn't base with us thus killed me (even though I was the only one in our base saying that it was fine if he wanted to base with us, however, the others disagreed)

notice that on the picture it says I am breaking nlr; this was due to the suicide bug in spawn + my intentions were not to roleplay in any way, but rather talk to Ocean about this whole situation (which he ignored)
