Multiple reasons:
Nuke as ShopOwner.
BigGun as shopowner.
Bad attitude.
posting Admin chat to non staff
Out of map building(At one point, Bring players out the map)
RDM
Noclipping in to wall to avoid a hit.
Not dealing with his friends with calling me things personally

Story - (What happened?)
Tuesday night, Started off as, Me Onion and Rhys driving and noticing a nuke in spawn. Onion went to raid it, to notice Richard body blocking the entrance, Onion went to raid, which is when Richard pulls out a PSG and killing him. I will explain the story further in evidence as this has multiple things.

Well i agree with the attitude problem but he didn't RDM Onion were stealing his healthChargers and that is allowed to kill people witch steals from you but the NoClip one it does not proof enough he could be going to the admin area and as soon as he is going you shoot at him but ye other problems such as attitude needs to be fixed!

The mines are classed as a thing of not raid able, no reason to raid it unless there is raidable items.
the video there shows him in the mines for the shoot with health chargers, as later on he does the same thing to a miner.

Richard pulling away a guy who rdmed a miner, there was no proof at all


Richard calling that guy an asshole after banning him for a month for 2x rdm (with no warnings on record)

Unfortunately there is evidence recorded by a HA that i will not be supplying to this. The stuff above is the stuff i have evidence that i gathered. there is other evidence showing more to the situation.

I also updated the Noclip abuse, with a gif of him nocliping at park district

Me and Max have looked into these allegations and we'll further discuss it during the lead team meeting!
