You can see in the video that Rasmus chased them and tried to kill them, then you were at the bad spot at the wrong time. It was just a bit of crossfire. No need for a punishment.

If i remember correctly im pretty sure many admins did say cross fire is not an excuse and is still rdm just saying....

Yeah, I was the mayor getting killed, its just a crossfire and no punishment needed.

There might be a valid reason for killing the gangster, but it is RDM to you and the mayor, but it is obviously a mistake and I don't see the need of a punishment.
