Evidence: Hello, I would like to report or at the very least state my problem with the staff member named Clarky. So I have been playing on ZARP server for about a week under the nickname of mike you might have heard of me. So yesterday in the evening I was playing, I was an innocent and a detective took DNA off a corpse and right as he did so he said he is in the nether, at the same time I moved to the nether and as I entered "game or your life" (if I am not mistaken) was in there, aiming with a sniper at the portal, as I moved towards him I heard a sniper shot (he was in the back island left side of the nether hut), he was also equipped with a sniper which he then dropped as I arrived to him, using common sense I shot at him and killed him, he was an innocent. As I killed him Bart Dungeon and Clarky were in the nether as they have arrived and killed me because they thought I was a traitor, then Bart started yelling "Mike why did you RDM?" in the microphone, then your staff member Clarky without me being reported by the guy I killed, without asking for my side of the story, without any backstory or whatsoever instantly warned me for RDM and gave me an autoslay. I tried to explain my actions in admin say yet the staff member by the name of Clarkey punished me and went AFK. I am sure that his punishment was unreasonable, and by the fact he is a higher ranked staff member on the server I find it very absurd and just pathetic that he did not even bother to listen to the story, even if the guy I have killed did not report me. I am trying to enjoy the server, I'm sure lots of people do, I try not to break the rules, but when there was a misunderstanding this guy made me look like a total RDMing mingebag, this has made me so upset that I actually went on the forums and reported this staff member (I am very lazy in terms of registering on forums), I am sure that a newly promoted moderator would do a better job of solving this case, just by using the tiniest amount of logic. So my conclusion is that even if I am in the wrong, I expected more of a fair punishment system or at least for staff to listen to my side of the story. If I am correct, then I am sure the HQ of ZARP will know how to sort this out. I look forward to Clarky replying and have a good argument as to who is in the right here. I was online at the time the incident occurred, I didn't see the whole thing but I did see that Clarky didn't give mike the chance to explain (though I don't know exactly what happened)

Players dont have to make a report for you to get punished, if you are found to break rules you will be punished. Also you did not provide any proof for this demote request.

Check the logs if you need proof, I don't have my screenshot bind on space to take pictures of every single thing. Also I even said he didn't EVEN report me, not that I am in the clear because he hasn't. I still don't see the reason as to why I was punished R-Flex.

As R-Flex said, simple logs from the server's damagelogs won't provide a detailed enough description of the incident. As the reporting party, it is your responsibility to support your accusations with sufficient evidence of both image and video formats.

You stand no chance of getting what you want.

If that is so, close the report and topic.
