Name - Xhantium L Freeman

Reason - NLR, doesn't know the rules.
Story - Hitman, bounty on me. Comes and attempts to kill me, I headshot him with deagle. Half a minute later, I get his sniper through my head. I ask him about him breaking NLR. The then claims it's not NLR because it was a veeeeery long distant shot.

Did this guy even read the rules after his 'hard ass warning? Sorry for being crude, but he has no admin potential AT ALL.
