What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
Barely playing on the TTT server at all. Very few people have seen Para actually playing, I have not seen him handling any reports (when the RDM Manager worked) and if you look at his gametracker (www.gametracker.com/player/ParaMontana/p...arpgaming.com:27017/) you can see that despite his activity, he has very little score (lower than expected when compared to his playtime). He has been sitting in AFK mode a lot, presumably in order to get up this activity.

But i don't think he needs to be active because he is a super admin? or is it Headadmin correct me if im wrong..

I'll handle this, you linked his Deathrun gametracker by the ways.

While you still huddled and cuddled with your teddybear in bed im sitting in the server trying to start up the server setting a alarm at 7 am int he morning only for the fact to try and start it up
EIther me or luan always start up the server in the morning. where for i some times sit in the game for 40 minutes without any one joining yeah that stuff happeneds.

There is also the fact that when i sit in spectator mode i have the f8 menu open at all times and when ever something happends i will take care of it. If owners where to look into how often i warn people they will know that i do my job just fine.

You could have come to me and talked bout this. apart from making a demote request on me.

From what I can tell this hasn't changed, you should also contact a Lead Team Member before posting on the forums.

Fixed the gametracker (oops) and steamID.
Also, with the fact that he is SuperAdmin, personally I think that this should be MORE reason to be active.

In addition, when Para said he always has F8 open, I have been on at the same time as Para before having trouble sorting reports because there were so many and the RDM manager was broken and Para was definitely AFK.

For starters you should've gone to Para personally to speak with him if you had an issue about this. I've made this mistake in the past and it only causes drama in the staff team.

Secondly, he's met his four hour requirement, he might not be playing that entire time but he's getting a score so we can assume he's not just time farming like some people have done at 3am when nobody plays (cough cough). As Para has said himself, he focuses on reports in spectator over playing, which I'm willing to take his word on - taking up the innocent until proven guilty mindset.

Third, get the mentality out of your head that higher ranking staff should play more. Liam made that stupid suggestion/thread already and got a lot of backlash for it. By bringing it up again all you're doing is repeating the same poor behaviour he displayed on the forums.

The new report system will allow us to see who is doing there job!
