This just happened

Other comments - I barley know him and every body hates him because he breaks rules a lot on the server.

Reason - He prob blocked and RDMed SEVERAL TIMES.

Story - So I respawned and he was propblocking some CP and I say "I'm Recording" and then he just RDMs me a few times and then he RDMs a CP and has a Big gun as a citizen and its just a lot of rules that were broke in this clip and I would like him punished.

So, I was here when this happened. This person did this several times before, Brandon, decided to record. He's done this to so many people, from what I've seen, and everyone seems to not enjoy his time on Zarp. I believe that he needs a bit of time to think about his actions.
