I have looked over your Report and came to the following conclusion

From what i understand he clearly ment it to be a joke. Even though calling some one a piece of shit is a form of disrespect, It is only a extremely minor form of it there for i wont accept this report abuse. I will talk to him though that in the future it might be better to not call you a piece of shit.
