What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Said "calm your tits" when he could of simply said something more kind like "please calm down" but this seems to be kind of rude and should be talked to about manners.

I spoke with him and he said he thought he heard some birds in your background and that it was hard to hear you so he was asking if you would "Calm your tits" referring to your birds. I will remind him not to use that word again and be nicer.
