TOPIC: [TTT] Jonhler s unfair and precipitated warning

What did the Staff Member(s) do?:So jonhler called a kos on a guy ... (ill put screenshot on the evidence section) , It happens that the guy he called kos in was actually an inocent . My suspicion level was raised from there . So i began my search for Jonhler so i could know why he had called a False kos , Which once again he didnt give any explanation or reason behind that kos. Well , I found him and then proceeded to ask him several times why he had called a KOS on a Ino , I asked him at least 3 times through voice chat and hazz was with me when that happened. Having no answer , and having waited for at least 10 seconds i shot him . Well it happens that once i killed him , he instantly Warned me (for Killing afk's) and autoslayed me for that reason. I say once again that there was no report , or any time for me to explain the reason beyond that Kos i had called , but Jonhler did not care about it . Later he must have felt bad and remove the autoslay . It happens that i dont care about the slays . The only reason i am appealing is that i am applying for moderator and that makes me having 1 recent warning. Oh and after me explaining all that situation he left the server and said "U need more proof" , Well i have read the rules and i acted according to them . If i made any mistakes please tell me

I Just wanna end this saying that I really , really enjoy this server . It has been like 1 month since i started playing it and i am almost the top level . I Know the rules of this server really well and i hate when things like this happen . Again i am only appealing this because i am applying for moderator and i dont want have personal issues with Jonhler or some of that kind .

Is this an appeal or report abuse?

Yes guys this indeed is a report abuse thread not a demote one . I dont have any personal issues with Jonhler i just didnt like his atitude and as a staff u need to follow an ethos . And i am not really seing that here.

Hey i am not looking for any demote here . Jonhler could have been having a bad day , since i know him he is never made a single mistake and he is a excelent super admin. I just want my warning removed so i dont have a recent warning :/

I'm not going to repeat what CZ said, he put it perfectly and we don't need another wall of text.

If you just have a little bit of patience and wait your turn , everything will be alright. If you start spamming them.. they won't react.

So let me tell you what happened. A guy shot me randomly, so i killed him. He was innocent. So i went and hid somewhere so i can punish him. Also the guy who shot me LTAP'd. So i was trying to find his Steam ID to add slays. While i was typing the command, Coldstuff came and threatened. I tried to reply but when i was typing he killed me. 10 Seconds are not enough. And since i am a Staff Member you should have waited more cause i got reports to handle.

"Johnler" i see what you guys are trying to do here . Well i will copy and paste some rules from this server . Its not because you are staff that you should be treated differently , Things like this happen all the time and in this case i dont think a warning was needed , because you could have well been a traitor and still called a kos and killed the guy ., And then said "oh he shot me" . 1st of all I saw in chat u kosed that inocent . 15 seconds later (more or less) his body was found , And I said in the mic " Is that a kos on Jonhler for false KOS ?" . Well You did not reply to this sentence so i began my search for u . Btw guys i said i waited 10 seconds once i had found him , but I still took like 30 seconds to find him near the tower , And he had time to reply in that time so ye dont use that argument.

"2.2 In-game warnings to players.
Make sure that you give the player ample warning (Minimum of 2) after that you may then declare a KOS on because of their actions" - Its said here u need to give warnings or question the guy about their Traitorous actions ... I did

2.5 Valid KOS reasons
There are many KOS reasons and they all work in different situations and scenarios, here are a few; [You should question the player as to why they are doing these acts before you declare the KOS]- I did ask why he called a false kos , and it was when the body was found , and it was known that the guy was inocent... As i said in my statement " Is that a kos on Jonhler for false KOS ?"
-- Declaring invalid KOS on other players- Having given no reason either on voice chat or text chat , his kos is claimed as invalid since he had plenty of time since he kosed that inocent . U can check the timelines , the time of when he called the kos and the guy died and the time of when i killed him has a diference of like 45 seconds . So Ye that s a lot of time for him to explain on why he kosed an inocent . Well guys u can use the excuse "HE IS A STAFF ! " , Well let me tell you , when You are playing in the game you are not privileged or diferent than any others just because u are a staff!!!
I'll now bring some staff ethos and rules that once again was not complied.
"Do not abuse your powers in any way". - I see this as a kind of abuse since Johnler did not care about my side of the story and didnt even made a report or asked me in any way on why i had killed him.

"Always make sure you have sufficient proof that somebody has broken a rule before punishing them, " - Johnler if u treat others differently from when u die of other normal members , then u are a bad staff . That is defintly not the way and when u warn me instantly say " Dont kill AFKS" , Its maybe because u dont know the story well enough

"Always make sure that the person fully understands what rule they have broken and why they can't do it! " - Once again the only thing u said to me was "You need more proof" - Good if i need more proof then i can just kill the detective or pretty much everyone and ill just say "He shot me" , By your "rules" if you kill that person Then it is RDM , Ye Johnler totally makes sense .

"Be Respectful To All Players & Staff!"- I dont feel respected , what you did shouldnt be done to anyone who takes this game kinda serious mode. Instantly warns me and then says one thing then leaves . NICE respect.

"If requested to help players, do so kindly and without being lazy, think about the community and it's players." - Nice Help! "u need more proof" then leave...

To end this ... I am really sad that things like this happen . I gave so much of time and dedication to this server . I have even more time then admins and mods aswell as rank . But no , The staffs just protect each other and no one cares about fairness. Usual World mechanism. And trust me Guys I could have been so much help to this server . I have already configured servers , owned servers , and I know quite a lot of things in server hosting etc. I come from csgo , I have 3k hours there and i used to have a server with a friend . We started as a Jailbreak server , and we had already hit 50 players in 64 slots. Then we expanded and had 5 servers with diferent modes . The comunity was called IKC - Ikeepcalm. But whatever ...
I guess that I dont want to be part of a community that doesnt give a shit about his dedicated players opinions. Please guys all i wanted was a chance to give my side of the story . God . But yeah i dont know what will follow up on this , maybe ill leave ur server forever or not ... I guess i havent decided . But believe me guys u have lost a very dedicated player who loved the server and did everything in his reach to promote it , bring friends , helped new players when lazy admins didnt give a shit .

Johnlers opinion will be trusted over yours, he is super-admin, you are not even staff, and have already been denied application once before. I'd say as of right now, he is the BEST super admin out of every single one of them, as he has maintained his excellence in work. He stated what he has done, and it seems to me you're salty you're going to have to wait another week or two before applying again IMO.

Again IMO, this sob story is just to benefit you. Stop crying, man up and deal with what you did. You killed Johnler while he was dealing with reports, he was AFK for a long time, all you do, if someone is AFK. All you do is sit there, and watch him, as soon as he's back, then continue the conversation.

Ceezee I play this game very seriously and let me tell you i am not crying or some of that , I had no idea he was afk and i found him behind the tower . But whatever man if u think i am just vitimizing myself then u obviously dont know me . Btw i only applied for mod and got denied because they were special circunstances , i was aware i had 4 warnings and my probabilities of entering were top low . Still i was applying this week but with no warnings (since the others were expiring) but let me tell you i am probably not gonna do that anymore .
