As far as i am concerned that rule is a baserule, and so it doesn't apply to how the world is built, people do this to me all the time, but what do i know, these elevator rules seem to change alot.

If i was in the wrong then my apoligies.

4.0 Base Rules

Notice it says Base rules, I've said it in the past because I was salty but unless the owners specify it to in general it still applies in man made bases and the elevator is a world prop so It wouldn't count.

i think this rule specifies when building a base not to have small holes with one way material props to shot raiders, dont think it applies to world props

It doesn't specify you need to have props for this. You can have just the elevator owned and that be your "base" a base isn't just defined by where your props are but the building you own. Para told me at one point or it was Morgan or another head administrator that this isn't allowed as the rules don't say anything about it only applying to your pros or not. I was told off for this and its unfair as they can't attack you either.
