Building next to the ore.

What happened?
AFK Mining blocking himself off, I removed his items with a Gauss. He may have been doing this for a while

Instead of making a report on other staff members you should of just contacted an admin ingame to remove it and then told a lead team to speak to him about it in my opinion.

I was one the who reported this to jack. We tried to contact him through mic with no reply.
