Story - So he was in the bank killing us and thawn suddenly you see his aim going insane ans luckly its on record so i know nothing will be done but look good at the video he has been caught so many times here is clear proof i think he is abusing his power as an Head admin and hacking and whenever someone confronts him he gets all angry awnd hostile

If he were to be hacking still and get away with it he wouldnt be using just any cheat he's smarter than that I feel like if he were he'd have his own custom made program that avoids zaps anti cheat specifically and toggles every visual off (if he had any) there's no way to prove aim bot like this but we know for sure he doesn't have visuals.
Typer doesn't cheat and if he does then damn he knows how to hide it. Multiple players snap or hit invisible admins I've been accused of cheating for killing invisible admins or getting weird snaps is nothing new.

That seems fully natural to me as he stopped shooting when he looked back, and was probably just checking who it was quickly.

I see nothing wrong in this video all I see his him walk in the door with someone behind him they both look left and fire shots and by the looks of the slowed down version half of the shots from both of them wasn't even at you but the fucked up hit boxes gmod has makes it hit you anyways. I'm not sure why you slowed the video down or made it short I recommend you post a little longer one next time and or provide us with a unedited version. You said in your post that you see twitching I don't see that either or any fast adjustment of the aim its just like I said most of the shots wouldn't of hit you if gmod wasn't messed up like it is.
