According to Staff Ethos, a person can not be banned for disrespect. It can be avoided by a mute/gag. If someone continues to disrespect after being muted many times, then he can be warned for Disrespect. Ban command should be used only if the person quits and rejoins to avoid the mute/gag (LTAP).
