I would report the other guy with the sign, however I have no proof of his SteamID.

What rules did the person break?

Mass NLR, building in someone else's base, propblock.

What happened?

He broke NLR multiple times to try and steal my car, then broke NLR a separate time to throw nerve gas in a base he wasn't even going to raid.

Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened
