TOPIC: [SSRP] Tucker blackmail ban req (Maybe CM Ban idk)

Reason - (What rules did the person break?) He blackmailed a user for items in game, for his face book and social medias, and was asking a child to make him his bitch and he will return the items, and in a unintentional yet obvious form admitted to some of this.
Story - (What happened?)
So Bobby Bobbys friend (Over skype I think) threatened Tucker with hacking him (ON bobbys account I think or under his name idk) and Tucker screenshoted it and used it as blackmail to gain a Armor Regen and Scope Boost, also asked for Personal information in exchange for letting Bobby go (Threatening bobby if he didnt give him his Items, and Face book/other social medias (Skype I think this is how Tucker got bobbys skype) or he would report him to the cops). Tucker was extra creepy on this asking a child to make him his "bitch" and he will return the stuff.
Tucker has had a bad attitude in the past but i've never expected him to do something like this, taking advantage of someone for their lack of knowledge and vulnerableness, blackmailing, threatening and asking someone under age for their Social Medias with blackmail WHILE on a ZARP Server.
I would like a Community Manager or HIgher to deal with this, as I think this is going to take more than a report to get correctly dealt with, talking in Teamspeak etc (with bobby and the owners and tucker as I wont be available for a while again).
This isn't right and as I expect will be one of those reports that turn into a privately dealt with situation but if its not this report is here.
I'd expect Bobby to at-least get his items returned to him, if that happens I and Bobby wont care for more action to be taken.
Proof - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)

he obviously knew what was going on as he was talking about it before I even got into the server, he was already talking about the situation on how he should report bobby for what he did making the Situation worse and the blackmail sink in even more.

by the way he reponded he obviously knew what I was talking about when I said being a pedophile is worse than a child saying "ima hack you" which wasn't even Bobby in the first place, and he responded to me saying being a pedophile is worse than what bobby did and that he should give the items back, with "Then your friend shouldn't of threatened to hack me online" which is in a unintentional but obvious way of admiting to what he had done.

Tucker I know you very well, this is the sort of stuff you've done before. There is also a black dot at the very bottom which just doesnt happen unless it is cropped there is also white underneath so if he cropped something he went through the extra work to make it look legit
