Not necessarily faked, but that is very interesting.
It might've been clipped but there's white underneath it implying that it was edited.
It's defiantly clipped as you can see a pixel of text still showing... why they added the white underneath or modified the screenshot

White at the bottom is where there is a gap between the messages and the typing bar on skype, and the black dot was the top of a letter on the next line... want proof?
