TOPIC: El Diablo accuse me of ghosting, no proof given

So once I was playing TTT on this server with my friend Hue Hue (after alot of rounds) we got accused of ghosting by moderator "El Diablo". I was really confused on situation that occured, because I was just enjoying the game not doing anything against the rules. I was very upset and unpolite because I got punished for "ghosting" without giving any explanation or proof that I actually am "ghosting". After asking to show me the proof or explain me the "proof" he has, he just said "Go file a report, I don't care... I won't waste time on you". Later on I got gaged, muted for disrespecting but mostly for "Bringing the drama" which is complete bullshit .... Okay, I got it I was swearing, fine I deserve gag or something like that for it ... But "Bringing the drama" ?! ... Anyway to the point .... Other players were supporting me, he didn't show or said any proof or arguments or anything, and they were pissed off also. Guess what, they got muted and gagged aswell ... So mr. El Diablo, as you said "1.5 hour of job" you can start working on it now, I want arguments or proof of me ghosting with my friend Hue Hue ... Which is complete bullshit because I wasn't. I filed report, as you wanted ... Your turn

Problem is, he could warn you without proof because "he saw it" and staff are very trusted on Zarp, the even bigger problem is, If you dont have proof to counter his "non-existant proof" then it happened (Even know it might've never happened@

Forgot to type, he indirectly pointed the proof of me ghosting with Hue Hue is that we have each other in friend list, and that I made my profile private for few minutes. (I did it because I felt nervous about someone checking my profile like that, than I remembered I actually don't give a fu*k, I have nothing to hide) Than he said something about deleting each other from friendlist, which for a fact "we" didn't.

I don't have any sort of need to take him "down" as a moderator, I just want him to appology for false accusations, or if he really think it's "real" to show me any "proof" or arguments.

Okay so let me start first things , first ... I am still in his friendlist , even at the video .. You are just blind, (sixth from the right side) But, all you have is because I said "I think he is the traitor" or "Yeaaah he is the traitor." I just simply thought you were a traitor without any evidence... Later on I said it was a trashtalk (only reasonable evidence I might have, was that we were all in group and you was nowhere to be found) but mostly trashtalk, which I said later.... N1 for not putting that in the video. The way I answered ---> obviously Irony ?!. TBH all your "proof" is bullshit, I still wasn't ghosting with my friend ... Totally false accusations.

He showed proof ? He showed absolutely nothing, just conspiracies ... His proof is pretty much based on "He was ghosting because, how else could he possibly know I am traitor ?" So wait, the whole proof is that I made my profile private ? ... I am pretty sure that I said why, and even though I would not, who cares ? That is not proof, I just "decided" to make it private. (even though I explained that) You still could've find me and Hue Hue in friendlist at the moment through Hue Hue.... In a rush ?! I dont think its about who is on whos side. but justice often is easier delivered with a strong case and a strong case is build with facts and evidence.

Do you think El Diablo has strong arguments, facts and even evidence ? ... Because I think not. And if anyone was on my place and knew that he is being charged for something he didn't do it would be so unfair... And with shitty "facts,evidence,arguments" like that, it's just more getting on my nerves.
