I have looked over your Report and came to the following conclusion

Conclusion

After seeing the longer version of the video i have came to the following conclusion.
Due to you not knowing what happened before and i listened to flex his story he claimed to have been attacked seconds before you entered that building. He must have thought that you were just one of the attackers. this time im gonna have to deny it. since the elevator shaft is a heated situation and often gets attacked.
