He later on got kicked for re activating traps on me. but never got warned for trap spam as far as i seen. Might be wrong.
Due to the fact im not 100% sure i wanted to report it anyways.

Trap spamming.

Apprently he did not want to play the game mode how its supposed to be played so he decided to spam all the traps.

After looking over the evidence you have it's clear he wasn't intending to contribute to the experience and follow the rules, he'll receive a warning for trap spam.
