Hello Ken Kask!
After looking at the evidence youve given us its easy to see that he atleast used offencive textscreens, i believe that the way he was "micspamming" would be a normal way of communicating for him but he did indeed say some words that should not have been used.

Next time i see him in game i will be talking to him and even going as far as to punish him for his actions
