There's no proof that he lied and even if he did I'm pretty sure admins can do that. I also don't see any disrespect here, maybe he's a little harsh with you but I don't see jack...

Definitely not an acceptable way to talk to people, especially when you don't know the situation as the person who made the F1 was AFK at the time and didn't actually state what the F1 was for.

He didn't say anything that bad but none the less I will speak to him about acting more professional in sits.

In the screenshots it looks as if he saw you being rude or saying something inappropriate and told you not to do it again. I don't believe saying "Shut your mouth to a minimum" is disrespect.
