Story - Was arrested for having my weapon out, once in jail, BOOM. Multiple RDM from both players, Prop Abuse and FailRP.

I didnt spawn any props at all, im allowed to kill you if you leave your cell im not forced to Unarrest you

Btw, notice how around the first minute the blue barrels spawn behind slender, so it might not have been him who was spamming those props.

Sucks that you can't see the owner of peoples props anymore.

And also Ashur that's rdm because you can only kill him when he's unarrested as he's not a threat for being a prisoner. Therefore you don't have any reason to kill him.

I'm not being funny, but if you actually watch the clip. It clearly is just abuse.

Chad is the one making the invis props, slender spawned the barrel and it got spawned behind him as he was inside a prop.

I'll ask the Lead Team to bring a rule up for this specifically. Technically anyone inside the premise you are raiding is KOS. There isn't any proof of who spawned the props but you hear Chad say "hehe look what I did" when the player got trapped inside invisible props. All though this is just plain wrong it's technically allowed as if they are inside the premesis you are raiding they are KOS (giving them the fact they can stay in their cell) it shouldn't be like this as it just brings multiple Un needed players getting NLR etc. A rule suggestion should be made such as under the Spawn Killing rule you cannot kill players who are arrested unless they leave their holding cell.

I'll speak with Chad about the invisible prop trapping and Ashur is able to go free because technically they gave you the chance to stay in your cell but you left constantly so they shot you as they didn't want to unnarest you and are not forced to.

For Chad he will be spoken too to let him know he can't do this (as there isn't clear evidence of it being him I'll just get it to mind incase it was)

For Ashur I'll let him know he shouldn't do this until it's clarified by a higher rank than I an or made a rule edit for it.

I am not satisfied with this decision. I was shot inside the cell. Whilst being killed they was laughing each time I was killed, he was only interested in causing abuse to anyone who was in jail. I request a higher member / another member of staff to look over this please.

If you're louts idea the cell it ain't rdm.
You where rdmed once inside your cell by slender tho.

Elemental if it isn't in the rules it's fine. I get thst you have no other choice but to be in PD at that time but think of it this way, even if you aren't a threat you are KOS. They let you live inside the cell and if you left that cell you are KOS. It's been like this for ages as long as they aren't spawn killing you (killing you before you move) it isn't RDM.

Ever since I can remember you could do this as long as it wasn't spawn killing the players. As I said they cannot be punished because it isn't against the rules if it isn't in the rules.

This is I feel like you want another member of staff because you are dedicated to getting these players punished for something that is technically allowed or the fact that you assume I'm biased because one of them is in my gang I'll add you to the list if that's the case.
There isnt any way this can go further if these players are punished it is false and the proof was judged wrong as no evidence of who spawned or used the props and you are KOS out of your cell.
Two former Super Admins thst were around for the past few years and around for the rule changes and server changes even said this isn't against the rules (I and Soxey) and you request another staff aswell because you want these players punished.
