If it isn't allowed then Gems shouldn't be warned as he wasn't to know when this came from Morgan. There have been many instances where they say Morgan said or EMP say but then it's not actually stated in the rules.

Since its not been stated if its a allowed just think for a minute all Gems did is use his common sense, since in my way its a pretty valid reason to kill someone, so there's no need for this constant hate. In my opinion its valid but if a lead team member could confirm this and prove me wrong then there's another suggestion to be made after the verdict of this thread. Gmod,You're scanning someone's base,to see where the printers , and see where the players are in the base.
It's scanning the base,It gives you an advantage,

I have looked over your Report and came to the following conclusion

Conclusion

I have spoken to gems and he is sorry for his actions .
as this is a rather new items and mistaken by kos rules on officers scanning your base this doesnt go for the scan master pro. there for i wont be warning him. but he does now know to not just kill a person because he has a equipment out
