If it isn't allowed then Gems shouldn't be warned as he wasn't to know when this came from Morgan. There have been many instances where they say Morgan said or EMP say but then it's not actually stated in the rules.

And why should he be warned? I got warned for big gun as a citizen even though i never noticed i was still a citizen, when the admin could have just told me to change jobs.
