This is no proof. Someone could have bought his printer and took it there, there is no proof that Richard did this.

Take a screenshot from the tab menu with his RP name and steam link to prove it's admin Richard, just to be sure

No proof that he put it there, someone else could of.

alright fuck me someone else could've put it there, I'm not saying he should be warned or w/e but he should just be more careful in future when he places printers in the streets, not gonna blame it on him, just saying he should be a little more careful because this all happened because of him spamming printers in the streets for no reason LMAO

As people already said, Richard told me that the printer was stolen.As there is no proof against this, I will be denying this.
