I told you this was a PD raid, you cut that out and went and reported this anyways. There is no rule that you have to "advert" raid in the PD nor a rule against killing people inside the PD if they go on the property (Doorstep and further). This wasn't RDM as it was a raid. Agreed, there is 0 proof that it was not a PD raid and it is not something that needs to be adverted. You are just looking to get attention by reporting an admin for something that is clearly not against the rules not to mention you were told about this before and you went and posted it anyways.

Really proves your immaturity. "Gtgo" it's a public forum go directly to a lead team of you don't want others posting here.
If you raid a base as soon as you go on the property of that base you can be shot same goes for PD. The vault is different as yo can only kill in the.
What rule states it needs to be on lock down? You've been here long enough to know this by now.

From what I can see in this video, it's clear that pennybomber is raiding the PD. He clearly is raiding with Ashur as Ashur didn't kill him and, you can see Ashur coming back from the back of the PD.
