What did the Staff Member(s) do?: RDM and false mute. Also allowing his/her friend to RDM me (In the bar on vid 2).
Also Tinky RDM'd me on vid 3.

Other Comments: I'm trying to apply for Mod at the moment and with this mute i feel like it was false and would like the warn removed if possible or Tinky demoted because now I have got to wait 3 weeks for the warn to become inactive

Please re-watch the vid 2 again you can clearly see i get killed 2 times not once I accept that the first kill was ok but the second kill was just complete RDM

I've spoken with Tinky Winky, and we've discussed all these situations.

The first incident Tinky Winky has admitted he's done wrong and apologizes for it, onto the second situation, I've spoken to Tinky about the actions that he could've done when he seen the second kill, in which of course was RDM, I've told him next time to try and calm the situation by dealing with it there and then, now onto the third and final situation, he said he's spoken to Fuzzy about mugging in a public area, and he said that he should've left it a little longer before he kills anyone in a mug.

As regards of the chat mute, it seems unclear to what has happened, I've gone ahead and removed the chat muted, thanks to Paramontana.

I won't be taking any action on this staff member, he has been given a very stern talking to, and he fully admitted what he did wrong.
