What did the Staff Member(s) do?:He banned me for 5 days in the ZARP server he banned me because i was somehow breaking nlr for respawning in my own spawn that i kept getting spawn killed by snipers on He told me to leave spawn and I couldnt every time i spawned boom headshot couldnt move.

What server(s) was this on?:Dark RP

This just doesn't sound like it adds up, i'll handle this and speak to Jordan.

If jordan banned you for 5 days, there was a good reason

Knowing it your probably lien, Jordan is an amazing staff member and wouldn't ban someone for 5 days because you kept getting spawned killed. You have probably done more than that.

That doesn't seem to add up buddy. Why would Jordan (A good staff member by the way) ban you for being the victim of someone breaking a rule? Do you have any evidence to support what you're saying?

Jordon wouldn't just ban you like that, he's literally always there to help the player by giving the punishment as minimum as possible.

This doesn't count as admin abuse anyway.

Alright so I don't know if this is a ban appeal or just a report against me but anyways, Here's my side.

Dude, Yesterday about 4/5 AM GMT you joined the server and became a Police Chief/Police Guard, You then got killed as you tried to arrest a wanted guy in spawn and he killed you, I basicly watched you break NLR for about 20 times?, You kept re-spawning and running straight over to the guy(s) that keep killing you before, Now also You're lying on your report abuse against me buddy, You never tried to leave the district you kept going over to them regardless of the NLR rule. Now, I find myself as a respectful guy who is fair on punishments and I don't hand out any un-needed punishments due to the new staff ethos. So after the 2nd time you broke NLR I whipped you out of there and gave you a verbal warning and told you that you need to leave the district immediately. So after that talk was done Your NLR was over and you went back to spawn and proceeded to try to arrest them again but you just kept dying, So after about the 20th time I decided it's enough for me to ban you, Now also please state in your report abuse that you were saying Loads & Loads of Racial slurs, Homophobic slurs, Disabled slurs all at me as I was proceeding to ban you. If you just took it on the chin you'd have a 1 day ban and not 5 days buddy, Now I'm still waiting to speak to Morgan about my side but I think he's currently AFK or he's a sleep.

It sounds like Jordan spoke to you about your NLR multiple times, and you continued to break the rule. There wasn't any abuse here. I advise you take the staffs words into account next time and read the rules, from Jordan's story you were very disrespectful throughout the whole thing. Being Homophobic, Disrespectful, discriminative, etc.is totally not acceptable. You're lucky it was only a one day ban.

It would be helpful if there was proof, some sort of video, etc. If you get proof I'd suggest coming to myself or another lead team member, or making another report abuse.
